    If you wish to cook for yourself or you have splecial needs: the kitchen corner is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge and kitchenware. The living room offers space to eat together and a sofa.

Description of the accommodation

The B&B is built out of a 19th century stable. The ancient stone walls make it cool in the summer and warm in winter. It has two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom ‚ one of which has a jacuzzi and is also equipped for the disabled. The living/dining room has a fully-equipped kitchen corner if you wish to cook for yourself, or if you have special dietary needs.

Each room has air conditioning and its own heat regulator, TV, DVD player, hairdryer and free wireless internet. In each room it is possible to add a single bed or a child cot.

Decription of the area

In the veranda and garden outside you can relax and enjoy the view over Monte Aquilone and Montetiffi. This small medieval village was once the site of a celebrated Benedictine monastery. Today it houses a museum dedicated to the work of the monk Augusto Venanzio Reali, who was a distinguished poet, painter and sculptor.

The B&B is situated between the Valle del Rubicone and the Valmarecchia, historically influenced by the Malatesta and the Dukes of Montefeltro, with fortresses and medieval villages perched on the hills ‚ such as Sant’Agata Feltria, Casteldelci, Pennabilli and the stunningly located castle of San Leo, built on a precipitous cliff (20 minutes from the B&B). The B & B Ca Biocco is located in the municipality of Sogliano al Rubicone, known for the “Formaggio di fossa” (cheese matured in a pit). It’s a typical ingredient of the local cuisine, well represented in the local restaurants. Ask us! We’ll give you the best advice…

The Apartment

APARTMENT WITH TWO DOUBLE ROOMS

The Apartment it has two double room with en suite bathroom (the Fox room and the Badger room, following links), and a kitchen/living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has electric stove and oven, fridge, expresso machine, water kettle, toaster and everything you’ll need to cook your meals. You’ll also find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, etc.

The Apartment it has an independent entrance and direct access at the B&B’s private veranda and garden. From the veranda you’ll have a wonderful view over the swimming pool, the valley and the village of Montetiffi. You’ll enjoy wonderful sunsets with the lovely weather of our hills…

It is suitable for maximum 6 persons. In each room it is possible to add a single bed or a babies’ cot. You can rent a single room or the entire apartment. Breakfast can be served for a 3 days stay maximum. For more, please ask!

Only 20 minutes away you will find the Adventure Park of Perticara and San Marino, with tree top structures and highropes to explore in full safety.

The are is filled with riding stables (the closest just 10 minutes away!) where adults and children can ride and take lessons.
